My Top 5 Horror ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Movies explained: 1) When peopl My Top 5 Horror ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Movies explained: 1) When people say chai tea or naan bread. ๐Ÿ™„ Cuz- you're literally saying tea tea and bread bread 2) When a parent puts their kid in time out. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Cuz- it doesn't work in the long run. It's not teaching, it's punishing. (And often the one who needs the time out is the parent!) 3) Pepsi instead of Coke at the movie theater. ๐Ÿฅบ Cuz- what fresh hell is THIS?!? 4) When people say "I'm sorry" when they find out I'm divorced. ๐Ÿคฏ Cuz- you have no clue about my circumstances if you did, you'd say "congratulations." 5) When a client drops a doorknob disclosure at the 49th minute of our session. ๐Ÿซฃ Cuz- we talked about your feelings about the color of your couch for 45 minutes. I know you could only share when you were ready blah blah blah...annnnnd now we have to wait till next session cuz I have to hold my 50 minute session boundary cuz I'm embodying what we're working on in session. It's one of my favorite things to do with my clien It's one of my favorite things to do with my clients! โฃ It's a coaching intensive in which we take a deep dive into patterns, habits, releasing and renewing. โฃThat conversation you've been putting off, the boundary you haven't been sure of how to set, that mindset that's needing shifting, the habit you can't shake- we do the damn things...in real time. โฃ It's not hours and hours of "just talking". I weave in movement, mindfulness, breath, creative adventures, joy and of course some ๐˜ธ๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ด๐˜บ. โฃ โฃ It combines two things I really enjoy- travel adventures and holding meaningful space for others to remember who they really are- an ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ป๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ, ๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜บ, ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฐ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ. โฃ โฃ Sometimes client cocoons are with current clients (as part of my year long coaching program). Sometimes they're with past clients who want a boost. And sometimes even with people I haven't worked with before. It's a great option for digging deep to the roots and transformation on a fast track. โฃ โฃ I've held these ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ง๐˜ถ๐˜ญ (magical and beautiful at the same time) cocoons in lots of cool locations- Tulum, Atlanta. New York, Australia, Nashville, Charlotte, DC and others .. the client and I pick a location and I handle all the logistics. โฃ โฃ We marinate in ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ง๐˜ถ๐˜ญ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ด๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ด. Enjoy yummy food together..
